A New Skipping Rope For Me!
So.. I took one step further to my quest to weight loss. Well, sort of. Haha. A new Nike skipping rope for myself. Weeee!

I love this skipping rope. It look sleek and very sporty. My first expensive skipping rope actually. Remember back in those days at school during PE, the teacher would assign each of us with a skipping rope made out of a wooden handle and rope? LOL! Those skipping rope gets tangled easily, if you're not careful enough, you'd trip.

Well according to this Nike skipping rope, it resists tangling. Well, let's see what happens in the next few weeks. I'll keep you updated. ;-)

Water Can Make You Lose Weight
Wow, just read it from a friend's blog. According to her:

Interesting. More motivation for me to stop drinking sweet stuff and start taking those H20. But can I?

The Sinful Dinner..

It was a sinful meal, I know.. but I couldn't help it. :P I love Beef Brisket. They're sooo yummy.. In case you're wondering where I had my dinner, it was at the Vietnam Kitchen in 1 Utama. In fact, whenever I stop by that restaurant, that's the ONLY meal I'll order. LOL!

OK, so when I went back home, I tried putting on an old short of mine.

Slightly tight on the waist. Oh dear! Looks like I really need to make use of the skipping rope I just bought from Nike today. :(

Lollipop Time
I had to satisfy my sugar-cravings, so I got myself a lollipop. It's huge lollipop, I'd say. Nice looking too.

Still, with that huge size.. I don't feel a slight guilt at all for eating it. :P Anyway, it wasn't really that good tho. It tastes sweet and slightly sour too - like a mix of grape, orange & Sarsi. Weird.

I ended up eating just a quarter of it.

Change Of Plan
OK, so I'm supposed to buy Dunkin' Donuts yesterday.. until I bumped into a friend in a shopping mall.

She was like "Wow, how come you're.... " (she paused)

"Bigger??" I answered.

I know. I've grown "bigger" these days.
Thanks to the late night snacks, supper, candies, sweets.. :(

What's funnier was, after we went our own ways, she texted me:

"My husband couldn't recognize you. He didn't know that I was talking to YOU!"

OK. Byebye Dunkin' Donuts.

The Devil In Dunkin' Donuts
I have the urge to buy a box of Dunkin' Donuts today... but I had to stop myself from doing so. I've been taking too much sugary items these last 2 weeks and I think it's time to slow down a little. Maybe for a week or two. :P

Damnit, I still can't stop thinking of that sweet, creamy, fluffy Dunkin' Donuts. OMG!
This has to stop!

Too Much Spices Will Kill You .. or Me
I think I had too much of nasi lemak today.. :-(
My stomach's making a weird "feeling" now.. like I'm gonna puke but I'm not.

I should've known that being a gastric patient like me :P I should've avoid spicy foods.

Now I'm paying for the price.

So Yesterday
Let's see.. hmm.. I had 2 packets of lychee drinks lastnight while watching tv.
I also had a glass of mango syrup (not juice!)..
A packet of colorful candies!

I never had plain water at all yesterday!

Ooops. What was I thinking? O.o

Sugar & Candies
Girls are made of sugar & spices.

Those words are not for me.
I am instead, are made of sugar & candies. LOL.

I practically live on sugar & candies everyday.
No plain water for me.
Candies on the table, in my pocket, in my bag.. they're everywhere.

I'm trying to kick out these habits.........................slowly................. .
This blog is to keep track of what I've achieved in the quest of lowering my sugar intake AND weight watching.
